Jove's message was truly inspirational and motivating for the staff at Hale R-1. The district's biggest takeaway was the C>F=R formula. This message was a reminder that our job as educators can be challenging and bring hard times, but our commitment to doing right by the kids will create results when we don't let our feelings about certain things interfere! Jove was such a great speaker to have come in at the start of the year and really got the staff excited for the kids to return!
